HOW TO BOOK A CRUISE
|
1) check availability and ask for estimate
Ask us about availability, telling us the dates, cruise area (Pontine, Eolie or
other), the type of boat, the option (bareboat / charter / cabin charter), the requested
optionals as well as your telephone number by e-mail, telephone +39 06 5896 704

2) soft reservation
If there is availability, you will receive a confirmation notice and a cost estimate
with payment information. Embarkation will be understood to be for the date requested;
if, within 7 days, the option is not booked, it will be cancelled.
You can see an informational copy of the charter contract, which is in compliance
with the AINUD - Italian Association of Yacht Charter Companies, by downloading
it.
3) booking
Make an appointment to visit our offices to sign the contract and make a payment
or ask us to send you the original contract by mail, providing us, by e-mail or
fax, with the following information:
Name, Last Name,
Denomination (if a company),
date and place of birth, TIN,
VAT Code (if a company),
place and address of residence and your identification card number;
in addition, if you are renting without the services of a skipper, your nautical
license number.
When you receive the contract, sign it and return it to us by mail along with your
payment, made according to the preset method.
4) balance
The balance is due within 30 days from departure.
5) Check-in and cruise start
On planned date you'll take your boat.
An accurate check to the boat with base manager. Leave the refundable deposit by
credit card (VISA, Mastercard).
Ask for any usefull information about boat and itinerary and start your cruise.
